| We recently shared the Your Best Friend initiative as young people who face controlling behaviour in a relationship, young people are most likely to ask help from a friend. Your Best Friend has now launched a podcast. In this series of candid conversations, young women meet for the first time to talk about how they overcame fear and self-doubt to keep a friend safe. The Friends Can Tell podcast raises awareness about how friends can help each other, and intends to help young listeners feel less alone in their own experiences. The 15 episodes features diverse guests (16-25) sharing brave and inspiring examples of peers support against abuse frank discussions about the highs, lows and heartbreaks of helping a friend with signposting to advice and guidance.
