Safer, the Bailiwick’s charity supporting victims of domestic abuse, is seeking expressions of interest from anyone wanting to work in this interesting and rewarding area, in the role of:-


PART TIME SCHOOLS EDUCATION WORKER (TWO ROLES/TERM TIME/ 20HRS PER WEEK)


If you are passionate about helping young people understand the impact and dynamics of domestic abuse and sexual violence and what healthy relationships look like, this role may be just what you are looking for.

Working within the domestic abuse and sexual violence workstream, the post holder will plan, implement, and deliver lessons in individual Schools and Education Services – including the grant aided schools, independent
schools and the College of Further Education – with children and young people (aged 10-18) in the Bailiwick. These lessons will encourage, enable and empower them to live healthy lives, and in particular to reduce the prevalence of domestic abuse, sexual abuse/violence/exploitation.
