Complete Outreach referral form with persons consent.
For child/young person either in family or own personal relationship
Complete child and young person violence advisor (CYPVA) referral form with consent (this may be both parent and child dependent on age of child or young person). This does not replace your safeguarding obligations and referring to MASH, but should be done so alongside it if safe to do so.
14 or more on DASH, professional judgment or escalation. Consent is NOT required but you should advise the person you are referring and why unless it is not safe to tell them.
The updated version of the Committee for Home Affairs’ Domestic Abuse & Sexual Violence Strategty sets out goals and actions across four areas of future work: Prepare, Prevent, Protect and Pursue. All these areas are based on tackling pepetrators and supporting victims of domestic abuse or sexual violence.
